Safety PAL’s Well-Being Mood Monitor
So what is a well-being mood monitor?
Feelings that are altered by work-related pressures commonly go unnoticed by management or colleagues or even personal problems created in a completely different environment away from work. Both primary conditions which affect the workers’ ability to stay safe while at work.
So we have been working tirelessly to develop our unique mood monitor, which interacts with every worker every day while providing management with vital analytics to engage with the individual providing much-needed support.
How do I use it?
When looking at your users there will be multiple color-coded emojis next to each person’s name. See the image below to find out what each emoji means.

The mood monitor allows each worker to let their supervisors and managers know if they are struggling. It will show a week’s worth of data for your workers. On signing in all workers will be asked “How are you feeling?” there will then be 3 emojis to choose from, and one if you have not answered.
Managers and supervisors can look at this at any time and find out if one of their workers is struggling, they can then decide what to do; talk to the worker, offer them support or advice.
