Safety PAL allows you to send live messages to your workers on the job.
Add all your employees, temporary staff, suppliers, and contractors to distribute all the H&S information required to ensure company compliance.
When you have a LIVE job with workers on your site, you have the ability to send a text message to the worker Signed IN to that job.
Your message can be for instance:
- Proceed to assembly point A
- All workers to remain vigilant at all times
- The temperature is dropping, take precautions
- Look out for your colleagues
Sending a Live Message
Goto Jobs>All Jobs>Under Live Jobs click view>
Click the worker zone number to access to more information page
Click the number will reveal the more information screen
Click the Live Message icon in the top right corner of the module and scroll down to the message input box.
Fill in your message and click ‘Send Now”
A text message will be sent to every worker (via the mobile number held in their User account) Signed IN to that specific zone.
Repeat or add new message/s for other jobs on your site.
