Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are the basic building blocks of a successful Health and Safety process – and if you have more than 5 employees it’s the Law.
Click on Jobs from the left-hand menu to see the main Jobs page.
Find the relevant Job and click View on the actions on the right-hand side, and then View and Complete Job.
To add a Risk Assessment and Method Statement, click the Add link.
Risk Assessment
You have the option to use the Safety PAL risk tool (more info on that here) or upload a separate PDF document.
Method Statement
Upload a separate PDF document. You can drag your files directly into the drag file box or select Browse to search your computer.
Note: If you are uploading documents, we advise uploading PDF, although Safety PAL takes multiple document versions, PDF is a better format for mobile and tablet devices.
Once you have added a Risk Assessment or Method Statement, the ‘Add Link’ will change to Pending.
Once submitted, your documents will be sent for approval by the Job manager.
